Clients are responsible for:

• Confirming vendors are ready at the scheduled pickup time
• Ensuring all items are securely packaged and safe for transport
• Providing accurate and complete pickup and delivery instructions

2. Service Limitations & Right to Refuse

• We reserve the right to refuse service for items that are unsafe, excessively heavy, improperly packaged, or legally prohibited
• We may also refuse service if site conditions pose safety risks to staff or equipment

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Incorrect or missing pickup/delivery details
• Vendor-related issues
• Traffic delays, weather disruptions, or equipment malfunction

3. Assumption of Risk & Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to:

• Assume all risk associated with the pickup or delivery of goods from third-party vendors
• Indemnify and hold harmless Beyond Dump from any claims, losses, or liabilities—except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct

4. Pricing & Estimates

• Pricing is determined by item size, weight, labor requirements, travel distance, and accessibility
• All estimates are non-binding and subject to change based on the actual scope of work

5. Legal Compliance

Clients are responsible for ensuring all junk removal, disposal, and transportation activities comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
