1. Services Offered

Beyond Dump provides junk removal, clean-outs, transport, and third-party pickup/delivery services. Services are subject to availability based on scheduling and local compliance.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate service details
  • Prepare items for safe pickup
  • Secure hazardous or regulated materials
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors if needed

3. Limitation of Liability

Beyond Dump is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by poor packaging or fragile items
  • Delays due to vendors, traffic, or weather
  • Item condition, quantity, or quality from third-party vendors

4. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • Illegal or hazardous materials are present
  • Items are excessive or unsafe to handle
  • The situation poses a risk to our team

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service
  • Accepted forms: cash, card, digital payment
  • Final pricing may differ from estimates based on actual service needs

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A cancellation fee may apply for short-notice cancellations.

Beyond Dump may cancel or reschedule service due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Vehicle or equipment breakdowns
  • Staffing limitations
  • Vendor or site access issues
  • Safety or hazard concerns on location

We will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule your service promptly in such cases.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, content, and visual materials are the property of Beyond Dump and may not be reused without written permission.

8. Privacy

We value your privacy. Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Maryland, along with applicable laws in Virginia and Washington, D.C.
